- Minimum of 6000 passing vehicles per day
- Direct entry and exit in both directions
- Optional: assumption of car wash (if installed)
Do you have a filling station with convenience store that you would like volenergy to take over? Check that you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 10,000 passing vehicles per day
- Commuter access, close to a highway exit or in residential area
- Direct entry and exit in both directions
- At least 100 m² of retail space plus approx. 50 m² for storage/office/restroom
- At least 8 parking spaces
- Optional: assumption of car wash (if installed)

Do you own premises for sale or lease? We are looking for premises throughout Switzerland that meet the following criteria:
- Area of 1500–3000 m2
- On busy roads that see at least 10,000 vehicles per day
- In an industrial, residential and business area, at the entrance and exit of a highway, or near a roundabout
