Accountability is not simply a value for volenergy; it is integral to our company’s success. Therefore, providing our employees with a healthy working environment and safe infrastructure is of the utmost importance to us.

We provide our employees with the necessary equipment to perform their work safely and without accident.

volenergy encourages its employees to take personal responsibility for health and safety at the workplace. If faced with a dangerous situation, everyone is advised to say “STOP” and, if necessary, discontinue work to avoid hazards.

We inform our suppliers and subcontractors about our contractor management and the safety rules that apply. Before work begins, potential hazards are identified, measures implemented, and emergency procedures defined.

When an incident occurs, we analyze errors and accidents with everyone involved, to prevent them happening again. Close calls are also reported and processed for preventive purposes.

We have been a member of the Suva Safety Charter since July 2024. Together, we are committed to the safety of all employees. No job is so important that you have to risk your life for it. We therefore plan our work carefully and adhere to the safety rules. Employees and supervisors are authorised to say ‘stop’ at any time. Our aim is for each and every one of us to return home safe and sound every evening.
