Making a Difference Through Sponsorship

Fringe sports such as floorball (a.k.a. Swiss unihockey) often struggle to attract attention despite playing a major role in promoting the health and well-being of children and young people. volenergy is delighted to do its bit for the future by supporting the Chur Unihockey sports club.

UHC Sarganserland offers floorball for all age groups, from the Unihockeyschule (unihockey academy) to National League B, in which the first team plays. volenergy is the main sponsor of UHC Sarganserland with Oel-Hauser.

The SCL Young Tigers offer young hockey enthusiasts from 4 years of age the opportunity to develop their skills in age-appropriate training sessions. Around 200 up-and-coming talents approaching National League level train in the U9 to U20 Elite teams. Perhaps one day we will see some of these talents in the SCL Tigers first team.

Handball club HSC Suhr Aarau unites all age groups, from Minis U7, U9, and U11 through U19 Elite. We look back on a long, successful partnership. The Ruedi Rüssel logo has even made it onto the U19 Elite team’s jerseys, advertising our sponsorship and bringing a smile to the faces of the crowd.

Women’s soccer has been a tradition at FC Aarau since the early 1970s. The club has been independent since 2017 and actively promotes competitive sport for all. We have a long-standing commitment to this valuable partnership. As platinum sponsor, we, in association with our brand Ruedi Rüssel, have handed over a fleet of vehicles to the players to support their sporting endeavors.

FC Biel-Bienne is one of the oldest football clubs in Switzerland, dating back to 1896. volenergy co-sponsors the first team with Miniprix. We also sponsor the junior team to help keep them aiming high for the future!
