Full insurance coverage, fault-free operation
Tank overhauls are essential for the safety of your heating system. A tank overhaul is recommended at least every 10 years. These overhauls must be carried out by a licensed company in order to ensure that your building insurance will cover the full amount in the event of a claim.
As well as ensuring full insurance coverage, visual inspections and overhauls of the tank system also prevent unexpected failures just when the heating is most needed. Deposits on the bottom of the tank can clog pipes or burner nozzles. Expert care will prevent the heating oil from forming "sludge" and you will not have to worry about unexpected malfunctions.
Underground tanks
Since 1 January 2015, it has been a requirement for underground tanks to be double-walled with an inner casing and equipped with a leak warning device. The necessary work is overseen by the respective water protection authority. If you do not know the current data, we will be happy to clarify it for you.
